About ads

• They have a duration of 12 months, once this time has passed they will not be visible in the search results. You can republish the ad if you wish
• You can upload a maximum of 10 photos per ad
• You can add a contact phone number and also enable contact by WhatsApp. If you do not add a phone number, the users who visit your ad will only be able to contact you by sending a message through us, this message will be sent to the email address linked to your account (the user who wants to contact you will leave a message that we will send you by email)
• If you want an ad to stop being visible you can "Deactivate" it and it will no longer be visible in the search results (if the deactivated ad expires, it will be shown as an expired ad and no longer as a "Deactivated" ad in the lists of your advertisements)
• Ads that violate our Terms and Conditions will be deleted and will be displayed in your account, depending on the severity of these faults and the amount of faults you have committed, the decision will be made to permanently delete your ad and / or your account (this decision will be made at the discretion of the administrator)

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password and cannot access your account, you can request the recovery of your account, we will send a recovery link to the email address linked to your account, you can only request the recovery of your account once a day, keep in mind Note that the recovery link can only be used a maximum of 3 times before being canceled

Change of password

You can change the password to access your account whenever you want, but keep in mind that once your password has been changed you will not be able to do it again until 7 days later and you cannot use passwords that you already used

Change email address

You can change the email address to add a new one that will replace the current one, keep in mind that we will send a confirmation link to the new email address to complete the change (the link will be valid for 3 days) and that you can only request change your email once every 30 days
